Greenfields Preserved Lemons (750g)

This is a North African speciality that is well-known in Arabic cooking. Hand-picked lemons are meticulously chosen and prepared using time-honoured processes that have been passed down through generations. Its tangy flavour may be added to chicken meals, stews, and even salads. It's great with grilled fish or poultry roasts. These preserved lemons are infused with subtle spices thanks to a calendula and coriander saline solution. Chicken tagines frequently include preserved lemons. Pieces of preserved lemon may also be used in tabbouleh dressings and tzatziki sauces, and a few halves can be added to a tray of steamed veggies before baking.
