Kindly be informed that LemonSalt has a cut-off time of 1pm for order processing on any business day. Any order placed after 1pm, whether it is Express or Standard, will be processed on the following day.
48 Hour Tracked Delivery
Our standard shipping is a 48 hour (two day) tracked delivery service, with the option to upgrade to 24 Hour (express) delivery. We have tracked delivery contracts with all our couriers and shipping partners.
When an order is placed with "Express delivery" selected and placed before 1pm local time (weekdays only); we will make every effort to dispatch these from our facility on time. However once your order has left our facility we have no control on when this will be delivered.
Currently we are not shipping Outside Mainland UK, BFPO's, & to the Channel Islands.
Please Note: Any orders placed after 1:00pm on a Thursday, may only be delivered the following week, unless you choose express delivery during checkout.

LemonSalt reserves the right to cancel the order for any reason or in the case of non payment.

Delivery charges may be refunded for cancelled orders that have not yet been dispatched.
Delivery Charges will only be refunded for orders not received or at LemonSalt's discretion.

Courier No Contact Delivery Practice...
Our Courier DPD has now adopted a ‘No Contact Delivery Practice’. This is for the safety of both the customer and the driver. The delivery driver will no longer ask you to sign the Delivery Handheld Device. Instead, the driver will knock the door/ring the doorbell, place the consignment on the doorstep, step back from the door 2 metres and ask for you to confirm your name. The driver will then type your name into the Delivery Handheld Device.
