Description
Dried White Limes are limes that have lost all of their water content. The result is a hard, dense lime that can be used to flavour a number of dishes. While you can simply drop the entire lime into a soup to simmer and flavour it, you can also grind it up. Any fine powder that results from it can be added to rice and grain salads.
