Sekanjabin is produced using sugar that has been heated, water, vinegar, and mint leaves for taste and fragrance. This syrup is used to produce “sharbat sekanjabin,” one of the earliest Middle Eastern beverages. You can pair it with sweet pastries, bear claws, and other bakery items.
