Capia or Kapia peppers come in red, orange, yellow or green forms. They are a small, tapered pepper with brilliant vibrant colours. This pepper is native of Eastern Europe and is the main ingredient in Hungarian Paprika. They are a great addition to salads either roasted or unroasted or simply tossed in a quality olive oil with pasta.
