Description
Linguine Pasta is a pasta that is similar to fettuccine as well as trenette but differs in that instead of being flat, it is elliptical. The ribbons are about four millimeters wide, making them wider than spaghetti. The extra width allows thicker sauces to cling to the pasta more easily, making it especially ideal for rich and creamy sauces.
