Rice Candy is a smooth, crunchy candy with a faint lemon-orange taste and a rice paper outer covering. When dried, the rice sheet becomes transparent and is delicious and dissolves instantly in your mouth. Rice candy is prepared with sticky or sweetened rice flour as a foundation component.
