A bed of sweet apple, blackberry leaves, rosehip and orange zest sets the scene for our favourite late summer berries and hibiscus flowers. We then add elderberries, blackberries, blueberries and raspberries to create a richly-flavoured fruit and herb tea. Sweet, tangy and energising, with a lovely sunny aroma, it’s the perfect caffeine-free infusion.
