Carrot Jam has been a staple in Middle East homes since the 12th century. Made the traditional way, with grated carrots, cardamom, rose water, and occasionally, with saffron. Carrot jam pairs well with toast and crackers and makes a welcome addition to cheese boards
Ingredients: Sugar, Puréed Carrots, Citric Acid (pH adjuster), Pectin (thickener), Vanilla or Rosewater (flavouring).
