Trevijano Shiitake & Porcini Risotto Vegan Prepared Meal (280g)

Capture the flavours of fall with Trevijano Autumn Risotto — a seasonal, gourmet risotto mix combining the earthy depth of shiitake and porcini mushrooms with the gentle sweetness of pumpkin and fresh basil. The aroma of boletus and shiitake in contrast with pumpkin sweetness and basil, greets you from the first spoonful.

Key Features & Ingredients

• All-Natural Ingredients: Rice, red onion, porcini, shiitake, pumpkin, garlic, basil — nothing else. 

• Dietary Notes: Vegan, additive-free. May contain traces of sesame, mustard, hazelnuts, celery, peanuts and sulphites. 

• Cooking Instructions:
   1. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil, add the mix, and stir for 1 minute.
   2. Add 7 g salt (or to taste). Optionally add 50 ml of white wine and allow to evaporate.
   3. Gradually stir in ~ 750 ml hot water over medium heat until the rice is creamy and al dente (about 25 minutes).
   4. Remove from heat and, if desired, stir in Parmesan or a plant-based alternative.
   • For one serving: ~ 95 g mix + 300 ml water.
   • Tip: Shake the tray before opening to distribute ingredients evenly.
