• Cooking Instructions:
   1. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil, stir in the risotto mix for 1 minute. 
   2. Add ~ 7 g salt (or to taste). Optionally add 50 ml white wine and allow to evaporate. 
   3. Add ~ 750 ml hot water gradually, stirring until rice is “al dente” (approx. 25 minutes). 
   4. Remove from heat — optionally stir in Parmesan (or vegan alternative). 
   • For one serving: ~ 95 g risotto mix + 300 ml water. 

• Trevijano Tip: Add a splash of cream (or plant-based cream) at the end and sprinkle with parsley for extra depth.
