Preparation Instructions

For hob cooking, shake the container well before use. Bring 100ml of water to the boil with 2g of salt (or to taste) and half a tablespoon of olive oil. Remove from the heat, add 75g of couscous mixture, cover and leave to stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving.

For microwave preparation, combine 75g of couscous mix, 100ml of water, a teaspoon of olive oil, and a pinch of salt in a microwave-safe container. Microwave for 5 minutes at 750W, then fluff with a fork before serving.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with chickpeas, raisins, fresh coriander, and a drizzle of olive oil for a delicious Moroccan-inspired meal.
