Description
Dried Black Lime is a fresh lime that is boiled in salt water and then let out to dry until it becomes hard and dense. Dried limes can be used in a variety of ways, including simply dropping them into soups to flavour them. You can also grind them up using a spice grinder and then use that fine powder on salads or rice. It can also be added to chicken marinade.
