A capacity of 2.8 litres the dish is ideal for meats, vegetables and fish, so you will have no issues in cooking your favourite meal. Made too much, no problems, the dish is microwave and freezer safe so you can have some the next day. Do not place on gas flame. Handles on either side will make it easy for you to pick up the dish and move it to where you need.
