Pastificio Del Colle - Farfalle Germania Pasta (250g)

Pastificio del Colle specializes in artisanal pasta crafted from premium durum wheat semolina. The dough is either hand-worked or shaped through bronze dies, giving the pasta a textured surface that better absorbs sauces. For coloured variants, natural powders are added during mixing.

The pasta is dried slowly at approximately 38°C to preserve its organoleptic properties and reach the optimal 12.5% humidity. After stabilization, it is packaged—manually for handmade shapes and automatically for extruded ones—under the Pastificio del Colle brand.

Cooking time : approximately 7 to 10 min.
Store in a cool, dry place.

Ingredients: Durum Wheat, water with the addition of paprika if orange, turmeric if yellow, cuttlefish black ink if black. This products contains gluten and shellfish and may contain traces of soy and mustard.
