Description
In a world of mass production, Pastificio del Colle stands out by honouring age-old Italian pasta-making traditions. They begin with carefully selected durum wheat semolina, mixing it with water and sometimes natural colour powders. The dough is then shaped—either with time-honoured bronze dies or by skilled hands for intricate multicoloured forms.
Drying the pasta is a patient process, done at a gentle 38°C to keep all the flavour and nutrients intact. When it reaches the perfect consistency, it’s ready for the final step: packaging. Handmade pieces are lovingly packed by hand, while the rest are sealed automatically, always with the signature of Pastificio del Colle.
Cooking time : approximately 7 to 10 min.
Store in a cool, dry place.

Ingredients: Durum wheat, water with added spirulina and apple extract for blue colouring. This product contains gluten and may contain traces of shellfish, soy, and mustard.
