Maison Riviere Traditional French Ratatouille (3x630g)

This is a traditional French Ratatouille recipe from Maison Riviere, a family business based in South West of France since 1956. Ratatouille is a French Provencal recipe of slowly cooked summer vegetables.

Maison Riviere has been in the family for three generations, creating traditional recipes using gourmet products and natural ingredients. The Ratatouille is free from preservatives and artificial flavouring.

It is ideal as a side dish or a main meal and can be served hot or cold.

Ingredients:

25.5% zucchini, 19.9% eggplants, 12.9% tomatoes, 11.9% onions, 8.4% tomato paste, water, 3.8% peppers, Virgin olive oil, sugar, sunflower oil, salt, potato starch, 0.7% garlic, basil, concentrated lemon juice, 0.07 percent pepper, marjoram, savory, thyme, rosemary. Percentages expressed on the whole product. Origin of vegetables EU / non EU.
