Made with a combination of rice and tapioca, these translucent sheets are designed to be filled with your choice of finely sliced vegetables, rice noodles, cooked chicken or juicy prawns, and fresh herbs. Just rehydrate in warm water before using, then fill, roll into a neat parcel and dip into a sweet, sour, salty nước chấm sauce. Yum!
