Description
A jam that highlights one of Emilia Romagna's most representative fruits. Made with only Williams pears, selected and harvested at peak ripeness, and Italian sugar. Perfect for spreading on bread and making desserts, but also for pairing with aged cheeses. Winner of the 2024 Quality Award.
Ingredienti: Pears, sugar, gelling agent: fruit pectin, acidifier: citric acid. Fruit used 70 g per 100 g of finished product.
Gluten-free as per law.
The jams regulation does not allow the use of ingredients containing gluten.
