La Molisana Pasta Variety Pack includes six 500g packs of Italian durum wheat pasta in three popular shapes: Fusilli, Penne Rigate and Radiatori (two packs of each). This selection is designed for everyday cooking where you want reliable texture, strong sauce-holding performance and consistent results across different recipes. 

La Molisana highlights its production approach using selected wheat, stone decortication (to purify the grain) and bronze die drawing to create a rough, tenacious surface that helps sauces cling to the pasta. The range is described as highly resistant when cooked, with a protein index not lower than 14%, supporting firm bite and structure in the pan. 

Each shape serves a different purpose: Fusilli is ideal for pesto, cream sauces and pasta salads thanks to its spirals; Penne Rigate captures sauces in its ridges and works well with tomato sauces, ragù and baked pasta; Radiatori is designed to absorb and hold thicker sauces, including vegetable-based and meat sauces.
