It’s designed for everyday cooking when you want classic teriyaki flavour with a lower salt profile—the base is Kikkoman Soy Sauce with 43% less salt, helping you reduce salt without losing the full-bodied character associated with traditionally brewed soy sauce.

Use it for grilling, frying, roasting, or braising, and as a quick flavour shortcut for stir-fries, rice bowls, noodles, vegetables, and meat or tofu dishes. The balanced blend means it works well as both a marinade (before cooking) and a finishing glaze (brushed on near the end of cooking for shine and flavour).
