Garofalo Macaroni Pasta is a traditional short-cut pasta produced in Gragnano, Italy, an area known for premium pasta manufacturing. This format features curved, tubular “elbow” shapes designed to hold sauces both inside and outside the pasta, making it particularly suitable for rich and creamy recipes.

Made from 100% durum wheat semolina, the pasta is bronze-drawn to create a slightly rough and porous surface. This texture improves sauce adhesion and enhances overall flavour distribution in each dish. The result is a firm “al dente” bite when cooked, maintaining structure even in baked or heavily sauced recipes.
