Description
The carrot sauerkraut is created with diced green leaf lettuce and carrots that have been “pickled“ by adding lactic acid-producing bacteria to the mixture. Fibre, nutrients, and vitamins abound in sauerkraut. Its microorganisms also make it easier for your body to absorb these micronutrients. These bacteria “eat up“ the naturally present carbohydrates in the cauliflower and vegetables, giving them a unique sour flavour profile. You may use them in a salad, a burger, or just as a seasoning for your food.
