Chile Ancho Powder is a mild, sweet-flavoured variety of dried, ripened poblano chilli. Created using whole ancho chillies that are ground into powder, these wrinkly-skinned chillies are popular in Mexican cuisine for their distinct fruity and earthy flavour. This powder is oxblood coloured and carries notes of dried fruit and bitter chocolate.
