An exquisite mint sauce that exquisitely combines a sweet and sour taste, thanks to the mellow yet full-bodied flavour of barley vinegar. Although classically enjoyed with roast lamb, our Mint Sauce can also be used to create a savoury vinaigrette with baked zucchini, for a rapid dip with simple yogurt, or blended into mashed peas. Artfully presented in a signature clip-top ceramic jar, this condiment will add a touch of elegance to any meal.
