Campo d’Oro Sugo Norma is a traditional Sicilian tomato pasta sauce prepared according to the classic “Pasta alla Norma” recipe, one of the most well-known dishes from Sicily. Produced in Sciacca, Italy by Campo d’Oro, this ready-to-use sauce combines tomatoes with fried aubergine and salted ricotta cheese to create a rich and balanced Mediterranean flavour.

The sauce is made using tomato pulp as the base, combined with cubes of fried aubergine that provide a soft texture and distinctive flavour. The addition of ricotta salata, a traditional Sicilian salted ricotta cheese, gives the sauce a savoury and slightly tangy character that is typical of the original recipe. Garlic, onion, oregano and chilli complete the flavour profile, creating a well-balanced sauce with a rustic texture.
