Description
Bio Orto crafts these ready-to-eat pasta sauces with the same care and love as a homemade recipe. Onions are slowly sautéed, followed by carrots, celery, and garlic, gently simmered in extra virgin olive oil to let the flavours meld together.
Tomato pulp and purée are then combined with seasonal vegetables like zucchini, eggplant, and peppers, along with parsley and oregano. The result is an Ortolana vegetable sauce that captures the authentic taste of a homemade dish.
Simply serve with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and enjoy!
