Orders & Delivery
All our orders are dispatched through the week with next day delivery. Meaning you should receive your order the following day if you ordered before 03:00pm.
We are unable to provide specific times for each delivery until these have been scheduled by the courier service.
No problem at all, if you let us know before we have dispatched your order we are happy to make any amendments.
We cannot guarantee that an address change can be made after shipment, so please make sure you provide a correct delivery address at the checkout.
If you realise after placing the order that there is a mistake with the delivery address, please let us know as soon as possible so we can try to update the details for you.
Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to make any changes to the delivery address. In this case you will need to reach out directly to the courier service which may offer an option to change your delivery address
Yes, you can save multiple addresses in your account; as long as the billing information is the same as the payment methods billing information this wont be a problem.
You will get email notifications when your order is confirmed, and once we have scheduled your delivery with a courier service.
The courier service will notify you once your parcel is on its way.
All our orders are dispatched Mon-Fri with DPD next day delivery, if you order before 03:00pm.
Any orders placed after 03:00pm will be shipped the next available business day.
Yes you can, we will exclude any paper work from the package, however we currently do not offer gift wrapping.
You do not need to create an account to shop at LemonSalt.
Completing a purchase does not create an account automatically either, this simply stores your email address.
However, creating an account will save your order history and multiple address details for a faster checkout process in the future

Of course, you can delete your account at any point, along with any data we hold in compliance with GDPR.

Cancellations & Refunds
In the unlikely event that you may want to return products that you have purchased from us or if for whatever reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Electrical items are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. In the unlikely event you receive a faulty electrical item, we will return the unit to the manufacturer who will either repair or replace it.

We're constantly sourcing and updating our products and stock, but some items take longer than others due to importing and customs clearance.
