Schwartz Green Thyme has a strong, fresh aromatic flavour, with mint, clove and camphor notes, adding warmth and pungency to a variety of dishes.

. Add to creamed mushrooms for a tasty starter.

. Use to add flavour in Cajun and Creole dishes,  such as jambalaya and gumbo.

. Beat into softened butter with crushed garlic and lemon juice. Use to top up barbecued chicken and fish.
