GROUND GINGER
GINGER HAS A SLIGHTLY BITING AND HOT NOTE, WHILE THE AROMA IS RICH, SWEET, WARM AND WOODY.
Combine Ground Ginger with fresh pineapple slices, lemon juice and brown sugar. Caramelise under a hot grill.
Combine Ground Ginger with crushed chilli, sea salt and crushed black peppercorns and use as a rub for fresh tuna steaks.
Mix with sesame oil, crushed chilli, cracked black pepper and soy sauce and use as a marinade for stir fried chicken and beef.
