El Avion Paella Rice (500g)

This short-grain rice variety is known for its ability to absorb water one and a half times as much water as regular rice varieties without turning mushy. The classic rice for paella. The grains are very absorbent so they soak up all the flavours of your dish and great used with a pinch of saffron to turn it a beautiful yellow colour. It can also be used instead of risotto rice.

If you’re using El avion rice in your paella, you need to add three cups of liquid for every cup of raw rice for a perfect and delicous meal.
