Tilda Tomato & Basil Basmati Rice (250g)

Juicy tomatoes and fresh-tasting fragrant basil bring a delightful Mediterranean flavour to these long slender Basmati grains.

Recipe Idea: Perfect as a filling for stuffed tomatoes. Fry sausage meat with onions, garlic, fennel and dried mixed herbs until meat is cooked. Add the heated rice and season with black pepper. Fill the hollowed tomatoes, drizzle with olive oil and bake in the overn. Serve with a dressed salad. 

Alternatively, for a delicious vegetarian version replace sausage meat and fennel seeds with chopped peppers and dried oregano. Crumble in some feta when you add the rice.
