Aromatic, mild curry spices combine with carrot, onion and coconut cream to give a tasty katsu curry flavour and modern Asian twist to our Jasmine rice.
Perfect with chicken katsu. Dip chicken fillets into flour and egg then coat in panko breadcrumbs. Fry until golden then slice. To serve, place on the rice and sprinkle with sesame seeds, chilli and edamame.
This rice can be ready in 2 mins. Gluten-free with no added salt. Free from artificial colours, flavours, and preservatives.
Suitable for vegetarians.
