Ingredients: 

Gluten free mix (corn starch, sugar, emulsifier: E471, soluble fibers (Psyllium), thickening agent: guar gum, salt, preservative: sorbic acid), water, black cherries 12% (Black cherries - Glucose-fructose syrup - Sucrose - Black cherry juice - Acidifier: citric acid - Vegetable concentrate - Natural flavouring), butter (lactose-free)*, chocolate drops 8% (sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin), powdered sugar (sugar, corn starch), delactosed skimmed milk powder (lactose-free)*, category A pasteurized whole fresh eggs, natural yeast, brewer’s yeast, category A pasteurized fresh egg yolk, wholemeal buckwheat flour, brown rice flour, wholemeal cornmeal, thickening agent: xanthan gum, natural flavorings. FROSTING INGREDIENTS 15%: powdered sugar (sugar, corn starch), almonds 19%, hazelnuts 19%, rice powder, dried egg whites. Garnished with pearl sugar 4%. May contain walnuts, pistachio nuts. *Butter and skimmed milk powder present in quantities such as to guarantee a residual lactose content of less than 0.01% in the finished product. The product contains glucose and galactose as a result of the breakdown of lactose.
