Cool Chile De Arbol Whole (20g)

Chile de Arbol is a thin, intensely spicy chilli. Commonly used in Guadalajara cooking, these chillies provide a strong and clear burn that works great for creating flavourful soups or fiery sauces. They are a vivid red hue, have a great texture and display nutty and vegetal notes.

Serving Suggestion

Blend toasted arbol chillies, garlic, toasted cumin seeds, cider vinegar and salt to make a speedy homemade hot sauce. Or finely chop whole arbol chillies then carefully pour over hot oil so that they become crisp – use in the same way you would chilli oil.
