Doenjang soybean paste, also known as Korean miso, is full of rich, fermented flavours and has been a key ingredient in Korean cuisine for over 4,000 years. Originating in Korea, the popular paste has made its way to parts of Asia, America, and Europe.
Sun Hee’s Doenjang Soybean Paste has a satisfying boost of umami flavours and is perfect for adding a rich, earthy aroma to ramen broths, stews, or soups.
Ingredients:
Water 35%, Soybean 30%, Wheat Powder 18%, Salt 11%, Barley Malt Syrup 5%, Alcohol 0.5%, Monosodium Glutamate 0.5%.

Storage Instructions: Avoid direct sunlight and keep in a cool place. Keep refrigerated after opening.
Cooking Instructions: Doenjang can be used as the main seasoning ingredient for soups, stews and Ssamjang (Korean dipping sauce). It can also be used to season vegetables.
