After a natural maturation, the raw material is selected and peeled by expert hands then transformed into tomato sauce and packaged. Ready to use, it is the essential ingredient of all Mediterranean cuisine.
This tomato passata is rich, deep red sauce – ideal for making pizza sauces or for enriching slow-cooked meat ragus and soups. Use it for batch cooking a sweet Italian bolognese sauce with pasta.
