Production
Made from Polesano PDO White Garlic, slowly aged for about a month under controlled heat (60–77°C) and humidity. This process transforms its sharp flavour into a soft, mellow taste with notes of liquorice, balsamic vinegar, and soy sauce — without additives or preservatives.
Usage
Use straight from the jar to season pasta, risotto, meats, or fish, or spread on toast. Blend with olive oil for a smooth vegan sauce or dip.
