Recipe Idea: Perfect with a mushroom stroganoff. Fry garlic, shallots, mixed mushrooms and paprika then simmer with vegetable stock. Add spinach and sour cream. Serve on the rice.
Alternatively, for a tasty twist, combine mince with seasoning and roll into meatballs. Fry until brown, then follow the steps above
